Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) is located about 30 km north of the city center. Traveling from Noi Bai Airport to City Center is easy because there are plenty of transportation options to choose from.
TAXI
This is most convenience way to transferring from Airport to Ha Noi center. Taxis stand right at Airport and serving 24/7.
After getting luggage, turn right after get out of terminal, you can catch a taxi here. There are many companies for your choice. Here is some popular taxi companies: Airport Taxi, Noi Bai Airport, Mai Linh, Taxi Group
Price: about 20 USD/ car/ way to get to NCC
Tips: Before board any car, you should ask the package price from Airport to your booked hotel. The price will be higher if you pay following the taxi’s clock.
PRIVATE CAR SERVICE
Hoa Binh Group, the travel agent of the Conference, provides private car service from Noi Bai International Airport to the hotel and vice versa.
The driver holding a card bearing your name will meet you at the pick-up area (outside the Terminal), escort you, and help with the luggage to the awaiting vehicle. The driver will arrive on time based on the flight times thereby any complications due to time variations are avoided.

October in Ha Noi is extremely warm. Temperatures average is 25C degree during the day. It rains regularly. Therefore, delegates are recommended to dress casually and bring essentials such as sunblock, sunglasses, an umbrella, and light clothes to have the best experience.

November: Like Spring, Fall is an ideal time to visit Ha Noi. The weather is mild with average temperatures hovering around 25°C (77°F). Fall is considered the most beautiful time to visit Ha Noi.
