Kian Chuan Chang GEODIS Asia Pacific
Dr. KC Chang is currently the Head of Customs Brokerage in Asia Pacific and Middle East for GEODIS Logistics, based in Singapore. Dr. Chang is an experienced industry leader with a demonstrated history of working in the express transportation sector. He received his MBA from Imperial College London as well as his Professional Doctorate from Central Queensland University and DBA from Skema Business School.
Dr. Chang has more than 25 years of management experience with global express integrators. Throughout his career, he was involved in establishing new customs brokerage services in various countries within the Asia Pacific region, as well as implementing innovative customs and trade solutions which meet regulatory requirements, enhance service quality and optimize cost.
Over the years, Dr. Chang was invited as a guest speaker in numerous global conferences by the World Customs Organization (WCO), Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and Annual Meeting of ASEAN Directors-General of Customs. He has spoken on an extensive range of topics including Public-Private Partnership (PPP), customs and trade compliance as well as supply chain excellence.
