Duyen Phuong Pham Viet Nam Customs
Mr. Pham Duyen Phuong (Phuong Pham) is Deputy Director of Information Technology and Customs Statistics Department of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, Ministry of Finance. For the last nine years, Mr. Phuong has been contributing to and facilitating a wide range of trade performances and statistic operations of Information Technology and Customs Statistics Department. Having deep expertise in the field of information technology in general and applied mathematics and informatics in particular, Mr. Phuong uses that experience to bring up many initiatives in directing and operating the implementation of the National Single Window, the ASEAN Single Window, and other important and long-term projects of the Department.
Over the years, Mr. Phuong’s strong leadership and management capabilities, as well as his enthusiasm for work and high sense of responsibility have enabled him to create a professional and favourable working environment for accelerating the application of information technology in the reformation and modernization of customs procedures.
Under Mr. Phuong’s direction, Information Technology and Customs Statistics Department has earned multiple awards and recognitions for its excellent performance in both political and professional tasks.
