Andrew Farrelly CT Strategies

CT Strategies' CEO and Co-Founder, Andrew Farrelly, has had an impactful career focused on strengthening United States security interests. With a background in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), he served as the Director of Targeting Programs for CBP's National Targeting Center and as Chief of Staff for the Deputy Commissioner of CBP. In his role as Chief of Staff, Farrelly coordinated interagency efforts related to immigration reform, global supply chain security, and intelligence matters. He also managed emergency situations, including potential terrorist attacks and natural disasters. During his tenure as Director of Targeting Programs, Farrelly led initiatives that enhanced CBP's capabilities in detecting and identifying potential threats. He facilitated partnerships with foreign entities and private corporations to secure international transportation and commerce. He also played a key role in establishing a Risk Characterization as part of the Implementation Plan for the White House Global Supply Chain Security Strategy. Farrelly has served CBP in various capacities, including Chief of Staff for the Office of Field Operations, Counselor in the Office of the Commissioner, Program Manager in the Secure Freight Initiative, and as a Liaison in the Office of Congressional Affairs.
