Luc De Blieck DBC

Luc de Blieck (1954) has had a long career at the Ministry of Finance of The Netherlands, both in Taxes and Customs. After having worked in several Deputy Director positions at the Ministry of Finance in The Hague, he joined the Permanent Representation of The Netherlands to the EU in Brussels, first as Taxation Counsellor and later for two mandates as Customs Counsellor. At the National Office of the Customs Administration of The Netherlands he has worked as Counsellor International Customs Policy. Luc has also held the position of Deputy Director for Procedures and Facilitation at the World Customs Organization. Since his retirement from the Ministry of Finance he has been working as a consultant for Tax and Customs matters.
