Mazen Abu Alghanam holds a pivotal role in steering the implementation of Webb Fontaine's advanced solutions across Jordan, UAE, and Egypt. Tasked with an intricate blend of technical and functional oversight, he diligently identifies regional needs, ensuring alignment with pivotal international benchmarks like the WCO and WTO. His leadership is instrumental in fostering adaptation to premier global practices, thereby elevating the region's integration within the international trade community. An alumnus of Jordan with a BSc in Computer Information Systems, Mazen is presently deepening his academic prowess with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo (AUC). Before joining Webb Fontaine Group in 2016, Mazen showcased his expertise in customs and trade regulations at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Jordan. As the Customs Modernization and Trade Facilitation Project Manager, he was at the forefront of transformative reforms. His efforts catalyzed significant milestones, including championing the establishment of the National Single Window (SW) and the National Risk Management Committee. Furthermore, under his guidance, Jordan Customs received the distinguished WCO accreditation, positioning the Jordan Customs Training Center as a renowned WCO Regional Training Center in the MENA region.
