Session 2 (Panel session): Building Resilient Customs Systems: Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning in the Digital Age

With the increasing reliance on digital technologies in Customs operations, cybersecurity has become a critical concern for Customs administrations worldwide. This plenary session​ aims to explore the key challenges and best practices in ensuring the cybersecurity of Customs systems, including the importance of building a culture of security awareness among Customs officers, investing in cybersecurity infrastructure, and conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
