Quan Cao General Administration of China Customs

Cao Quan is the director of the Department of Science and Technology of GACC. He is a Ph.D. in Innovation Leading Engineering at Tsinghua University. He is a customs information technology expert and has been engaged in customs informatization work for more than 20 years. He has participated in organizing and promoting tasks such as the Golden Customs Project and the construction of a new generation of clearance management system of China Customs.
