Shekhar Kumar Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs

Mr. Shekhar Kumar is an Indian Revenue Service officer of 2010 batch. He has a rich experience of 13 years working in the fields of Excise, Service Tax, Customs and tax policy, in different parts of the country. He has overseen revenue collection in addition to functions of audit, investigation, dispute settlement, personnel administration, assessment and valuation issues. He has experience of working on India-Bangladesh border, inland container depot, air cargo complex, international courier terminal, AEO coordination etc. He is presently working as Additional Commissioner in the Customs policy wing of Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), India.
