Susanne Schwarz World Customs Organization

Ms. Susanne Schwarz joined the WCO as E-Learning Coordinator in August 2020. She is passionate about learning and has a particular interest in peer learning and the usage of technology to facilitate adult learning. At WCO she mainly focuses on the continuous development of the WCO distance training programme for WCO Members and the private sector. Before she joined WCO, Ms. Schwarz worked as Director of the Centre for Digital Learning and Teaching at the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt/Oder. Susanne Schwarz holds a master’s degree in Digital Humanities (MSc) and Social Sciences (M.A.).
