Mrs. Sofia Camacho is an Analyst at the Foreign Trade Single Window of Costa Rica, which is a part of the Foreign Trade Promoter of Costa Rica, the world's number one foreign trade agency according to the International Trade Centre World Trade Organization. She serves as a leader in projects executed by Costa Rica's Single Window, promoting innovation, facilitation, and streamlining of foreign trade. Her expertise includes process reengineering related to LPCO, coordination with government entities involved in foreign trade in Costa Rica, knowledge of data standards such as the WCO Data Model, as well as involvement in regional projects like the Central American Digital Trade Platform and international projects like E-phyto. She has over 7 years of experience in foreign trade single window matters, and prior to her role as a project manager, she worked as an advisor, directly engaging with foreign trade operators and their needs. Currently, she manages projects that mostly require software development, for which she has prepared herself in the use of agile frameworks and Six Sigma.
