Denis Dujmic S2 Global
Dr. Denis Dujmic has crossed the gap between physics and data science through academic pursuits followed by practical application in the non-intrusive inspection (NII) industry. With more than two decades of experience, he has learned to both manipulate elemental particles (e.g., design of x-ray imaging machines) and analyze the overflowing cascade of related data (e.g., machine learning algorithms for cargo inspection). His current focus is creating two, first-to-market, AI-enabled platforms for optimizing deployed inspection systems.
With a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in Physics from University of Zagreb, Croatia, Denis has co-authored over 100 research papers and 5 patents.
While tackling complex problems, Denis boosts his competitive spirit through sailing, swimming, and tennis.
