Aleksei Bondarenko UNCEFACT

Mr. Bondarenko is the Vice Chair of UN/CEFACT in the area of International Trade Procedures. He has developed a great deal of knowledge on Single Window and trade procedures facilitation during his Ph.D. course and 8-years of practical implementation experience with the Single Window development and customs automation projects in Central Asia. As an international consultant, Aleksei participated in several hands-on projects and capacity-building programs of ITC, GIZ, UNECE, and World Bank. In addition, Mr. Bondarenko is a member of several international expert groups, including the UNESCAP Framework Agreement on the Facilitation of Cross-Border Paperless Trade expert group, UNCITRAL Working Group IV, and UNNExT. He has authored serval articles and studies on instruments and tools for trade facilitation and Single Window development.
