Brightwell Siboniso Nkambule Eswatini Revenue Service

Brightwell Nkambule is Commissioner General at the Eswatini Revenue Service. He studied Computer Science and has been Chief Information Officer in several companies in the private sector. He was Head of Modernization for the Eswatini Revenue Service from 2012, responsible for both Tax and Customs Modernization. He is a short-term expert for the International Monetary Fund specializing in Project Management, Change Management, Information Technology and Business Strategy. He has facilitated IMF Technical Assistance missions in all Anglophone countries in West Africa as well East Africa and Southern African countries. He is the current co-chairperson for the Eswatini National Trade Facilitation Committee, a structure configured to supervise the implementation of the World Trade Organization’s Trade Facilitation Agreement that Eswatini ratified in 2016.
